【Ordering Information】
Fresh Flower Bouquet Ordering Process:
- Please complete the payment within one day of placing your order. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled.
- Once payment is confirmed, your order will be finalized. If there are any issues with your order details, CIAO will contact you proactively.
- After payment is completed, the earliest pickup or delivery will be available on the fourth business day.
- Due to high delivery volume during festive periods, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
- Each bouquet must be signed for by one recipient. If there are multiple recipients at the same address, they will be treated as separate orders.
- The delivery fee covers one delivery attempt per transaction. Please ensure that the recipient’s information is complete and that the delivery address can accommodate the delivery within the specified time to avoid additional charges (including address changes).

Daan Main Store Pickup
- Address｜ No. 17, Lane 134, Siwei Road, Da’an District, Taipei City (approximately a 7-minute walk from Exit 4 of Daan MRT Station)
- Hours｜Monday - Sunday, 10:00 - 18:30
CIAO Special Delivery Service
- Delivery is available only within selected areas of Taipei City and New Taipei City. We are currently unable to offer delivery services to other counties or the following areas: Pinglin, Pingxi, Shuangxi, Gongliao, Ruifang, Sanzhi, Shimen, Jinshan, and Wanli.
- Delivery hours are from 10:30 to 18:30 (specific times cannot be guaranteed).
- If there are scheduling conflicts, CIAO reserves the right to adjust the delivery schedule.
- Enjoy free delivery within selected areas of Taipei and New Taipei City for orders over NT$3,000 (limited to one address; additional delivery locations will incur extra fees).
- For orders below the threshold or outside the free delivery areas, a delivery fee ranging from NT$300 to NT$800 will apply.
- Free Delivery Areas for Orders Over NT$3,000: Taipei City (excluding Yangmingshan and Beitou), New Taipei City – Sanchong, Banqiao, Zhonghe, Yonghe, Xindian urban area
- Delivery Fees for Orders Below the Threshold or Outside Free Delivery Areas:
— NT$300: Taipei City (excluding Yangmingshan and Beitou), New Taipei City – Sanchong, Banqiao, Zhonghe, Yonghe, Xindian urban area
— NT$500: Beitou, Luzhou, Wugu, Xinzhuang, Tucheng, Taishan, Xizhi
— NT$800: Shenkeng, Shiding, Wulai, Sanxia, Shulin, Linkou, Bali, Tamsui
— NT$600: New Taipei suburban and remote areas – Xindian mountain areas, Beitou mountain areas, Yangmingshan. For other New Taipei City areas, delivery fees will be discussed separately.
In the event of flower shortages or quality issues, we reserve the right to substitute materials.
