【Ordering Information】

Fresh Flower Bouquet Ordering Process:

• Please complete the payment within one day of placing your order. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled.
• Once payment is confirmed, your order will be finalized. If there are any issues with your order details, CIAO will contact you proactively.
• After payment is completed, the earliest pickup or delivery will be available on the fourth business day.
• Due to high delivery volume during festive periods, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
• Each bouquet must be signed for by one recipient. If there are multiple recipients at the same address, they will be treated as separate orders.
• The delivery fee covers one delivery attempt per transaction. Please ensure that the recipient’s information is complete and that the delivery address can accommodate the delivery within the specified time to avoid additional charges (including address changes).
